The Journal of Individual Differences publishes manuscripts dealing with individual differences in behavior, emotion, cognition, and their developmental aspects. This includes human as well as animal research. The Journal of Individual Differences is conceptualized to bring together researchers working in different areas ranging from, for example, molecular genetics to theories of complex behavior. Moreover, it places emphasis on papers dealing with special methodological and conceptual issues in basic science as well as in their applied fields (assessment of personality and intelligence).

By selectively applying these models. the environmental performance of industry can be improved. Industrial ecology sees corporate entities as key players in the protection of the environment. particularly where technological innovation is an avenue for environmental improvement. As repositories of technological expertise in our society. corporations provide crucial leverage in attacking environmental problems through product and process design. Applications And Implementation This section contains articles describing practices springing from industrial ecological principles. Examples would include development of material or product loop-closing systems. introduction of industrial ecological principles or eco-efficiency into the product development cycle. competitive and financial opportunities arising out of industrial ecological practice. and the design and operation of eco-industrial parks. Articles describing government programs and policies that use industrial ecology as a basis for decisionmaking or that facilitate environmentally sound practices relevant to industrial ecology are also sought. The Journal of Industrial Relations is an ISI-ranked, peer-reviewed international journal administered by the Industrial Relations Society of Australia (IRSA) and currently based at the University of Sydney.
