The Annals of Pure and Applied Logic publishes papers and short monographs on topics of current interest in pure and applied logic, the foundations of mathematics and those areas of theoretical computer science and other disciplines which are of direct interest to mathematical logic. The Annals of Saudi Medicine is a Bimonthly multidisciplinary medical journal published by the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We publish scientific reports on human subjects in the form of original articles, brief reports, case reports, and letters. We also accept review articles, special communications and editorials.All submissions are subject to peer review by the Editorial Board and by referees in appropriate specialties. We will consider for publication manuscripts from any part of the world, but most particularly manuscripts that would be of interest to readers from the Middle East. The journal was first published in 1981 as the King Faisal Specialist Hospital Medical Journal and in 1985, the name was changed to the Annals of Saudi Medicine.The Annals went from a quarterly to a bimonthly publication in 1988. It was included in the Thomson ISI database beginning in the early 1990s and first received an impact factor in 1995 within the category of general and internal medicine journals. The impact factor ranged between 0.1 and 0.3 for the next decade, doubling in 2006 from the previous year, apparently as a result of listing in the National Library of Medicine PubMed database beginning in 2004. In 2008, the impact factor nearly doubled again to 0.6. The journal’s Article Influence and Eigenfactor scores have also increased in recent years.\.

Its scope has widened to cover the history of technology and medicine, as well as developments since classical antiquity, and to include articles in French and German. Contributions from Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, the USA and Russia bear testimony to its international appeal. Each issue includes a comprehensive book reviews section and essay reviews on a group of books on a broader level. The Co-Editors are supported by an active international board. The international journal Annals of Solid and Structural Mechanics provides a forum to communicate recent and creative advances dealing with any aspect of mechanics of materials and structures. The journal aims to be a reference and a powerful tool to professionally actives in academic, industrial and governmental communities.Appropriate, high quality contributions are solicited on a wide range of subjects. The scope of the journal includes original papers dealing with mechanical, mathematical, numerical and experimental analysis of structures and structural materials, both taken in the broadest sense.Papers concerned with multi-scale, multi-field and multiple-media problems, including static and dynamic interaction, are welcome.Papers illustrating advanced and innovative applications to structural problems coming from any field of science and engineering, including aerospace, civil, materials, mechanical engineering and living materials and structures will be considered.Special issues on specific topics as well as book reviews will be published from time to time.
